Delete your HyperSuite account

HyperSuite accounts are created by your organization’s workspace.

To delete your account

Email us at info@hyperhaze.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my HyperSuite account”. We confirm the request with you and complete it within 30 days.

If you only need to leave a workspace, ask its administrator to remove you (Admin → People). That ends your access to the workspace immediately and signs you out of it on every device, but it does not delete your account.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in and profile, and your memberships in every workspace.
• Your private notes and anything only you could see.
• Your connected mailboxes and calendars, and the mail and events synced from them.
• The notification registrations for your devices.

What may be kept

• Things you shared with other people, such as messages in group conversations, files in shared folders and posts, stay with the workspace as part of its records. Your organization controls them.
• Audit and security records, for as long as needed to protect the service or meet legal obligations.

Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. For more detail, see the privacy policy.
