HyperSuite privacy policy
Last updated October 9, 2026
HyperSuite is a workspace for organizations: chat, calls, mail, calendar, files, notes and approvals. It is operated by HyperHaze LLC (“we”). This policy covers the HyperSuite web app at app.hyperhaze.com and the HyperSuite apps for iPhone and Android. It does not cover the hyperhaze.com website, which has its own policy.
Who controls your data
HyperSuite accounts are created by an organization (your “workspace”) for its people. The organization decides who has access and what is kept, and we process the workspace’s content on its behalf. If you have questions about how your organization uses HyperSuite, ask your workspace administrator first.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, work email address, the workspaces you belong to and your role in each.
- What you create and share: messages, files, notes, posts, calendar events, approval requests and decisions, and, if you connect a mailbox or calendar, the mail and events we sync from it.
- Calls: audio and video while you are in a call. Calls are recorded, transcribed or summarized only when your workspace has turned that on, and everyone in the call sees a recording indicator.
- Your device: in the mobile apps, a notification token, the device platform and an app-install identifier, so we can send you notifications. The apps use the camera and microphone only during calls (and the camera for photos you choose to share), and only after you allow it.
- Security records: sign-in events, IP addresses and an audit log of changes, used to protect accounts, prevent abuse and let your workspace review activity.
We do not use advertising, we do not sell or rent your data, and the apps contain no third-party analytics or tracking.
How we use it
Only to run HyperSuite for you and your workspace: delivering messages and calls, syncing mail and calendars, sending notifications, keeping accounts secure, providing support, and billing the organization that pays for the workspace.
Notifications
Notifications on your phone are delivered through Apple Push Notification service or Google Firebase Cloud Messaging. They contain only a fixed phrase such as “New message” and an internal identifier for the item. Never the sender, subject or text. The app fetches the content itself after you open it.
How we protect it
- Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
- Messages, mail, files, notes and calendars are sealed under their own encryption keys, and each workspace is isolated from every other at the database and application level.
- Changes are written to a tamper-evident audit log.
Who we share it with
We use these service providers to run HyperSuite, under contracts that limit their use:
- Amazon Web Services: hosting and file storage (United States).
- Supabase: the database and sign-in service (United States).
- Apple and Google: delivering notifications to your phone, as described above.
- An email delivery provider: account emails such as password resets.
- Anthropic: only if your workspace turns on AI meeting notes, which sends the call transcript to Anthropic to write the summary. It is off by default.
Other people see what you share with them in HyperSuite, according to your workspace’s settings. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Content stays for as long as your workspace keeps it. Deleted files and notes move to a trash and are removed permanently after a retention period (30 days by default). Call recordings expire on the schedule your workspace sets. When a workspace is closed, its encryption keys are destroyed, which makes its stored content unreadable, and its data is then deleted. Security and audit records may be kept longer where needed to protect the service or meet legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
- You can turn off notifications at any time in your phone’s settings.
- You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion. Your workspace administrator can do most of this directly; otherwise write to info@hyperhaze.com.
- To delete your account, see Delete your HyperSuite account.
Children
HyperSuite is a workplace tool and is not intended for children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and its date, and tell workspace administrators about significant changes.
